Online students can have email access to course instructors to assist with any questions
while completing the courses. To activate this feature students must purchase the
course premium upgrade.
Instructor Assistance For Training Center Courses
Training center students are not eligible for support via our WOW Academy online instructors.
It is the responsibility of the training center to provide email support for their students.
WOW Academy offers student email support only for students purchasing WOW Academy courses online.
